Trinity Hospital is located in Erin, Tennessee (Houston County).  Rich in history and proud of its Irish heritage, Erin is conveniently located an hour and a half north west of Nashville and 30 minutes south west of Clarksville.  Trinity Hospital was originally opened on June 19, 1969, as a primary care hospital. With (4) active primary care physicians, this role continues for its primary service area covering Houston / Stewart Counties and the surrounding communities. Trinity Hospital was the first hospital built by the now HCA Corporation.  On January 31, 2000 Trinity Hospital, was acquired by Associated Healthcare Systems, Inc. 

Trinity Hospital was cited as a Top 100 Hospital by Solucient in 1997, 2002, and again for 2005!
